Monday Apr 24, 2023
Monday Apr 24, 2023
Working Together with COO Kelly Elkins, Episode 19
It’s likely that most care team members do not spend a lot of time thinking about the enterprise resource planning systems (ERPs) that MaineHealth uses to support our finance, supply chain, HR and payroll infrastructure. But they impact each one of us, no matter what role you play in the organization. Today we have many disparate ERP systems, with little to no integration between them. As we continue in our journey as a unified system and ensuring an optimal operating model to support our needs, MaineHealth is investing in a new ERP.
In this episode, Chief Financial Officer Al Swallow and Chief People Officer Scott Ballard discuss the Infor Cloudsuite ERP system and how it will benefit our organization and the care team experience.
