Transforming How We Operate
MaineHealth is on a transformational journey that began two years ago to ensure we have the structure, systems and processes in place to operate as a fully integrated health system and better serve our patients. But structure alone does not drive transformation. There is ongoing work across our organization to further optimize, enhance and accelerate this process. In this episode, Vice President of Operations Transformation Celia Shaughnessy discusses how MaineHealth is transforming how we operate and the work of the team leading this effort.
