Regionalization: A Year in Review
In the fall of 2022, MaineHealth announced the move to a new organization structure anchored by three regions. Since that time, we have not only implemented our regional organization structure but also have made tremendous progress within this new operating model.
In this episode, Kelly speaks with Andy Patstone, Regional President Coastal Region and Trampas Hutches, Regional President Mountain Region, to hear their perspective of the first year in the new operating model. They discuss assumptions vs. realities, early wins, and opportunities for the future.
