It’s likely that most care team members do not spend a lot of time thinking about the enterprise resource planning systems (ERPs) that MaineHealth uses to support our finance, supply chain, HR and payroll infrastructure. But they impact each one of us, no matter what role you play in the organization. Today we have many disparate ERP systems, with little to no integration between them. As we continue in our journey as a unified system and ensuring an optimal operating model to support our needs, MaineHealth is investing in a new ERP.
