Andy had an engaging and informative conversation about MaineHealth’s scorecard goal of reducing clinical care variation with Dr. Quinn-Skillings. He also touched upon the importance of the PPID Red Rule and reporting safety events & near misses and gave a shout-out to the Good Catch program that recognizes individuals who step up before something becomes a problem.
